Ruplinger Corporation was started in 1987 by Peter Ruplinger.
The company was originally named "Ruplinger Custom Machinery"
and specialized in computer controlled equipment for manufacturing
and process control. Early customers included Becton Dickinson,
Abbot Critical Care, Easton Aluminum and Kennecott Copper Corporation.
In 1989, Nordson asked the Ruplinger Corporation to represent
their prestigious line of adhesive application equipment in Utah
and Idaho. Subsequently they expanded the territory to include
Montana. In 1994, Nordson added their line of powder coating equipment
to the Ruplinger Corporation's line of responsibilities.
As the company grew several notable lines were added to complement
equipment used for packaging, powder coating, book binding, and
the manufacture of nutritional supplements and pharmaceuticals.
Another major line, Patterson-Kelley, was added in 1996. In 1998
Patterson-Kelley expanded Ruplinger Corporation's responsibilities
to include Colorado and New Mexico.
Peter Ruplinger attributes his success to always putting the
customer's welfare above his own. Historically, repeat business
has been in excess of eighty percent. The company's goal is 100%
customer satisfaction.
The prime service which Peter endeavors to provide is professionalism.
This Peter defines as "no surprises". A truly professional
company provides what is wanted, when it is wanted, at the cost
that is expected, and the product does exactly what it is expected
to do. There is no room for surprise in a professional organization.
